Return Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or store credit.

Eligibility for Exchange/Store Credit
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

Store Credit
If you are eligible for a store credit, the amount will be credited to your account once your item is returned. Store credit can be used for future purchases.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, your store credit will be issued.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the store credit will be issued to the gift giver’s account.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Shipping Recommendations
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
